Solara at Westside is getting closer to completing the new models, so I took another walk around yesterday. As you can see, things are progressing quickly and these homes should be completed in the next couple of weeks.
By the end of the month they should be fully furnished and ready for you to get hands on with when you are in town.
The clubhouse and amenities are also coming on strong. You can see the surf flowrider being built, the basketball court, the swimming pool area and the clubhouse in the following photos.
Solara at Westside will offer a huge amount o amenities upon completion. And as we all know amenities attract renters.
